Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

TIMELINE

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for local orders.

SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for exchange.

PROCESS

Customers must send the item back to the MUHZAIB warehouse via a local courier service. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. For exchanges involving a different item, any price difference and additional courier charges will be borne by the customer.
